It was opening day for the Triple A Chiefs and a rather successful autograph day. I focused on the Louisville Bats (farm team of the Cincinnati Reds) and was able to get 6 additional signatures in my 2006 Prospect Book, while starting off my 2008 Book with 3. They were:
Homer Bailey (Both Books)
Jay Bruce (Both Books)
Paul Janish (Both Books)
Andy Phillips (2006)
Drew Anderson (2006)
Bill Bray (2006)
That puts my totals at 63 for the 2006 and 3 for the 2008.
I also was able to get the following cards signed:
Bill Bray - 2
Jay Bruce - 1
Marcus McBeth - 2
Ted Power (Pitching Coach and Former Major Leaguer) - 2
Overall a good day.
